This weekend cheri N. and I went on a trip to an open-sky museum.

It was nice to wander together in Ukrainian villages breathing in fall air and enjoying light and colors.

Weekends are my favorite. Is it Friday yet?

Fall Colors

With all the classes, class planning and time spent travelling by subway has kept me from enjoying the beautiful Kiev fall...

But yesterday... Yesterday I was helping my former student and now a good friend to get ready for an interview. And I am forever grateful for his idea of doing it by the river.

The light and colors were amazing. Too bad my camera lens has been acting weird recently making it super hard for me to "capture moments".

Cambria Monday

This weekend cheri N. got me a flower. Oh he's so good with flowers! This time it's a Cambria.

He said he chose it because of its autumn colors.

Isn't it perfect for my kitchen window?:) It even goes with the curtains:)))

Bloopers In My Modern Family

Once upon a time, when I was peacefully living in this neat little town working on my CELTA applications and actually having time to host and attend parties, I would also take Modern Family breaks...

They say that sunsets in Paris are always pink...

I don't know if it's true. But mine are... pink. Pink and gorgeous...

I love my little place in the north of Kyiv. I love my cozy kitchen. Small magnets and post-its on the fridge. My flowers. The couch that I bought (my first ever purchased piece of furniture!). Having everything in its place.

I love my neat little balcony.

The sunsets. I am in love with my pink sunsets.
