All I was capable of after a 5 (7?)K run at the beach this morning was whining non-stop sitting back in my chair, watching people strolling along Primorsky Boulevard and heading to Odessa port. Ah, yes, I was also capable of drinking cocoa and picking on my "cheesecake" that was oh-so-far from cheesecake.
Eggs! I've got to start asking for eggs in the morning. Seriously...
Then there was a trip to the beach with friends.
Lotsa undressed ladies lying around looking burnt. It happens when the sun is warm but the wind is strong.
The water is still freezing, too.
Somehow it feels like I've hit my limit with running. You know, it's this time when you have no energy and you just want to eat, eat, eat while your body is freaking out about all the burnt calories and trying to readjust to a more active lifestyle.
I know I just need to stick around to get the addictive rush after exercising in a week or two (or three? four? five?). But for now... I'm exhausted.
Thank God for c
heri N.'s boss who cooked dinner for us last night. First of all, he's a good cook. Second of all, I got to sit back and be lazy - just what I needed after recalibrating my
Polar footpod at the stadium.
I'm wishing you all a great Friday and good cooks friends!:)
