ReplyDelete@Allison: the tree grows next to a sports ground where teenagers hang out and learn to skate and do all kinds of bike tricks. i have no idea what's up with the shoes. maybe it's their way to mark the territory? lol

I know I already commented on your lovely tree photos, but I wanted to thank you for coming and visiting my random pictures as well. I appreciate it! As for my diploma...haven't found a use for it yet. :) Hopefully I will be able to put it to use within the next few months. Good luck!!
ReplyDeletei may be wrong but i think the shoes in the tree is part of the bullying from the playground. if a new kid tries to come skate, the older kids / kids who have been there longer bully the new kid, steal his (or her!) shoes, and throw them up into the tree so that the new kid has to obviously go home. or sk8 barefoot.
